How to self-exchange tickets

Please note that tickets are valid for any session. If you cannot attend the date/time you booked, you can use those tickets to attend any other Magic By Moonlight date, without needing to complete an exchange.
However, if you'd like to receive tickets with the new date you'd like to attend, you can do so by following the instructions below to complete an exchange.

1. Login to your Magic by Moonlight account in the top right corner.                        

2. Click on Ticket List.

         

3. Tick the checkboxes in the Ticket # column to select the tickets you need to exchange. Click Exchange.

       

4. Click Add to Cart and then Browse Program.

5. Choose the date you'd like to exchange into by either selecting it on the calendar on the left-hand side or scrolling down the page of available dates. Select the time slot you wish to attend and add the required number of tickets to your cart.

   

6. After clicking Add to Cart, you will see the returned and new tickets in your cart. If you have selected an equal number of tickets, there should be a total balance of $0.50 for the self-exchange fee. Click Checkout to finalise your exchange. The new tickets will be sent via email.
