We are open from 5:30pm until last entry at 8:45pm, except Sun 6th Oct which is open from 7:00 pm due to daylight savings.
The exhibition closes at 10pm and all patrons must leave the site by 9:45pm.

Frequently Asked Questions
In order for everyone to access the site easily, please stick to the time on your ticket for entry.
Arrive 15 minutes before the time on your ticket.
Once you have accessed the event you may take as long as you like... but most people spend about 90 minutes looking at the exhibition.
You should aim to arrive at your ticketed time, as you have a 15 min window to enter the park. Don't stress if you're a bit early or running fashionably late - just chat with our friendly event staff when you arrive and we can help accommodate moving you into the next available session on the same night!
It's for everyone, from little ones to grown-ups! All ages are welcome to join the fun.
Plan for about 45 magical minutes of lights and wonder!
If an evening is to be cancelled due to extreme weather such as high winds or thunderstorms you will receive an SMS cancellation message, and you'll get a special voucher to visit us another time. Note that in the event of short lived rainfall/showers the event will still proceed as normal. Please dress accordingly.
Yes! We'll have yummy food and drink vendors onsite (food trucks to be announced soon!). Just a heads-up, this is an alcohol-free event.

Unfortunately there are no cloak room facilities available onsite.
The event is pram, walking frame and wheelchair accessible on a path, however some vantage viewpoints may require travelling on a grass surface.
Expect flat grounds with pathways ranging from concrete to grass and gravel. There are some gentle slopes, but everything's accessible.
As much as we love our four-legged friends, we ask that you please leave them at home for this event, except for service animals.

Unfortunately the playground will be closed during event hours.
Yes, you can still enjoy the park facilities like barbecues and toilets. Some walking tracks may be closed due to the installation, but we'll have signs to guide you.
