We are open from 5:30pm until last entry at 9:00pm all days, except Mon/Tue.
The exhibition closes at 10pm and all patrons must leave the site by 9:45pm.

Frequently Asked Questions
To ensure everyone has a smooth experience, please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
Don't stress if you're a bit early or fashionably late - just chat with our friendly event staff when you arrive and we can help accommodate moving you into the next available session on the same night!
Once inside, you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like - most guests spend about 45-60 minutes exploring the exhibition.
The last entry begins at 8:45pm with a strict 9:00pm entry cutoff. After this time you will be refused entry if you have arrived too late.
You can also self exchange tickets in your account to a different day and pay only $0.50 per ticket to exchange. (Note in both cases a normal booking fee also applies).
Here's how to self exchange your tickets to a different day:
1. Log into your account at https://magicbymoonlight.com.au/account
2. Select the Tickets link
3. Select the tickets you want to exchange
4. Click the Exchange button
5. If you have the right tickets selected to exchange, click Add to Cart. This will add tickets to your cart.
6. Look for new tickets on a new date, and add these to cart.
7. Make sure you finalise the booking (paying for the exchange fee/booking fee) to receive your new tickets.
Note: the old tickets will be voided and will no longer be valid after the exchange. You cannot check out if you have a negative total in the cart, make sure you add the same tickets back in for the different day. It is possible to add on more tickets when you exchange, and only pay for the additional tickets needed.

If an evening is to be cancelled due to extreme weather such as high winds or thunderstorms you will receive an SMS cancellation message, and you'll get a special voucher to visit us another time. Note that in the event of short lived rainfall/showers the event will still proceed as normal. Please dress accordingly.
We have a range of food trucks offering a range of delicious options from wood-fired pizzas, fresh calamari, chicken nuggets & chips, churros and poffertjes.
This is an alcohol-free event.
We are open from 5:30pm until last entry at 8:30pm. No entry after 9:00pm.

Gold Coast to Southport Light rail runs approximately every 8 minutes.
- Car
Broadwater Parklands is approx. 18 minute drive from the centre of the Gold Coast. Parking is available in Australia Fair shopping centre and in the parklands.

Dress comfortably and be ready for an outdoor adventure!
Unfortunately there are no cloak room facilities available onsite.
The event is pram, walking frame and wheelchair accessible on a path, however some vantage viewpoints may require travelling on a grass surface.
Expect flat grounds with pathways ranging from concrete to grass and gravel. There are some gentle slopes, but everything's accessible.
As much as we love our four-legged friends, we ask that you please leave them at home for this event, except for service animals.
